Refund Policy

Classes & Workshops

All services, classes, and workshops are non-refundable. If something comes up and you're unable to attend a class or workshop you've registered for, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help find a solution.

Cancellation Policy

Private sessions, classes, and workshops require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee, or forfeiture of the fee already paid. For classes and workshops, this fee cannot be applied toward a future date.

Products

All product purchases are final and non-refundable, with one exception: if an item arrives damaged, we will replace it. Please contact us with details (and a photo, if possible) so we can make it right.

Client Portal & Reviews

If you submit a review, testimonial, or other content through our client portal or elsewhere, you agree it reflects your own genuine experience. By submitting it, you give us permission to share it, including on our website, social media, and Google. We don't compensate anyone for reviews; if a review or testimonial is ever incentivized, we'll clearly disclose it.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
