Reconnect with Nature’s Gentle Wisdom

This workshop is as much about slowing down and noticing the world around you as it is about the plants themselves. Before we ever reach for a jar or a teacup, we'll spend time simply being with the herbs: touching their leaves, breathing in their scent, learning to recognize them where they grow. Herbalism, at its heart, is a way of paying attention to the natural world and our place in it.

🌿 What We’ll Cover:

  • A guided garden walk to meet the plants growing right outside our door

  • How chamomile, lemon balm, catnip, ginger, yarrow, and other gentle herbs have traditionally been used in daily life

  • The seasonal rhythms behind folk herbalism, including how people have historically gathered and prepared these plants

  • Simple, safe preparation methods you can take home and use right away

  • Tasting and learning about herbal tea blends steeped in tradition

    What’s Included:

  • A guided walk through the garden to connect with the plants in their natural setting

  • Tea samples made from featured herbs

  • A printed handout with preparation tips and herb profiles

  • A take-home live plant to grow in your own garden

  • Personalized support and space for Q&A

  • A grounding, unhurried morning in community with other plant-curious souls
