Reconnect with Nature’s Gentle Wisdom
This workshop is as much about slowing down and noticing the world around you as it is about the plants themselves. Before we ever reach for a jar or a teacup, we'll spend time simply being with the herbs: touching their leaves, breathing in their scent, learning to recognize them where they grow. Herbalism, at its heart, is a way of paying attention to the natural world and our place in it.

How chamomile, lemon balm, catnip, ginger, yarrow, and other gentle herbs have traditionally been used in daily life
