Steep and Soak: A Botanical Bath Workshop

Self-Care for Body, Mind & Spirit

For as long as humans have gathered around water, plants have been part of the ritual. Herbal baths appear in folk traditions across cultures and centuries, woven into practices of preparation, celebration, and rest. In this two-hour workshop, we slow down and reconnect with that older way of tending to ourselves.

You will explore the history of ritual bathing across folk traditions, learn about plant selection and the stories those plants carry, and then blend your own take-home creations: a bath tea sachet and a small jar of herbal soaking salts. Tea sampling is woven throughout the evening, so you will be sipping as you blend.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect—to nature, to community, and to your own body’s quiet wisdom. Together, we’ll explore the power of plants and the art of self-care as we craft personalized herbal body bath products with nourishing ingredients such as mineral salts, infused oils, and aromatic herbs.

No experience needed. Just come ready to use your senses and leave with something beautiful.

What you will make:
Several bath tea sachets filled with botanicals of your choosing, and a small jar of herbal soaking salts to enjoy at home or share as a gift.

🌼 No experience needed—just curiosity and a love of nature
🌼 All materials and supplies are provided
🌼 Open to ages 18 and up

Come solo or bring a friend—this is a warm, welcoming space to create, learn, and experience the magic of herbal traditions made simple.
