What Is the Discovery Call?

This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation, just the two of us by video. In 25 minutes, you’ll get a feel for how I work, what holistic coaching looks like, and whether my approach fits where you are right now.

There is no obligation to book anything further. Just an honest conversation to see if this path feels right for you.

This Call Is For You If...

• You’re curious about holistic coaching and aren’t sure where to start

• You feel worn down from doing it all and are ready for a steadier, gentler way forward

• You want to know what working together looks like before you commit

• You have questions about which offering is the right fit, whether that’s coaching, a ritual session, or an herbal consultation

This Call Is Not For...

So we’re on the same page: this call is ’t a coaching session or an herbal consultation. I can’t answer specific health questions, recommend herbs or products, or give any form of health advice. Those conversations happen in a full consultation session.

If you already know you’d like a consultation, you can book it directly from the Offerings page.

I’m Michelle Spalding, an herbalist and holistic coach in Waco, Texas. My work is rooted in nature and centered on you, guided by a vitalist philosophy and the belief that wellness need not be extreme to be sustainable.

I offer holistic coaching by video for entrepreneurial women building something meaningful and seeking support for their whole lives, not just their business. (Holistic) My herbal consultations are available in person or online and are open to anyone, though I specialize in working with women.

I bring 10+ years of coaching experience, 20+ years of running businesses, and 2,000+ hours of herbal training to this work. I’m a proud member of the American Herbalists Guild, the Flower Essence Society, and Herbalists Without Borders.
