End-of-Year Celebration & 2027 Intentions + Goal Setting

✨ After taking a pause last year, this beloved workshop is back! ✨

Join me for a special 90-minute online gathering as we reflect on the year that has been, release what no longer serves us, and step into the new year with both intentions (the energy and mindset we want to embody) and goals (the inspired actions we plan to take).

This is not your average planning session; it’s a guided, heart-centered experience blending reflection, celebration, and forward visioning. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to what truly matters.

Together we’ll:

  • Celebrate the lessons and moments that shaped the past year

  • Release the old stories, patterns, and energies we don’t want to carry forward

  • Craft intentions to guide your energy and focus in 2027

  • Define goals to move you toward your vision with clarity and confidence

  • Enjoy space for Q&A and community conversation

What’s Included

  • 90-minute live online workshop

  • Workbook to deepen your reflection and planning

  • Audio recording (replay) to revisit anytime

  • Live Q&A for personal insights and connection

Michelle Spalding is a clinical herbalist and holistic health coach with over 1,800 hours of formal training in Western herbalism, vitalist philosophy, and holistic coaching. She is a lifelong plant lover and the founder of Wild Thistle Herbs and Alchemy in Waco, Texas.

Michelle brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to everything she teaches. She believes herbalism does not have to be complicated or intimidating. A cup of tea, a little plant knowledge, and a room full of curious people is honestly one of her favorite things.

Her workshops are beginner-friendly, hands-on, and grounded in the idea that plants are for everyone. Whether you leave with a new skill, a deeper curiosity, or simply a better afternoon than you expected, that is a good day.

Michelle is a proud member of the American Herbalists Guild, Herbalists Without Borders, and the Flower Essence Society. She offers herbal consultations and holistic coaching both in person in Waco and via video for clients nationwide.
