Yes. I offer holistic coaching by video for women, wherever you are. Sessions are personalized to meet you where you are, whether you're feeling worn down, juggling a lot, or simply want more presence in your days.

Can I get an herbal consultation virtually?

Yes. Herbal consultations are available by video or in person here in Waco, whichever suits you best.

Do I need to live in Waco to work with you?

Not at all. The apothecary, workshops, and in-person herbal consultations are based in Waco, Texas. Holistic coaching is offered by video, and herbal consultations are available online too, so we can work together from anywhere in the country.

What's the difference between an herbal consultation and holistic coaching?

An herbal consultation is a focused one-on-one session about herbs and plant-based routines for your everyday wellness goals. Holistic coaching is a longer, ongoing relationship built around your whole life: your work, your relationships, your days, and the choices in front of you. You can begin with the Three-Session Bundle or continue month to month with Twice a Month Plus.

Do you host classes or workshops?

Yes, workshops and community gatherings happen throughout the year at the apothecary in Waco. Visit the Events page for what's currently scheduled.

Can I purchase herbal products without booking a session?

Yes. The apothecary in Waco is open for browsing and purchasing, and select products are also available through my Etsy shop.

I’m open a few days a week so you can stock up on all your herbal needs in Waco. Shipping is available too.

Apothecary hours are updated regularly on the Google Business Page, and you can also place orders directly for pickup at any time or ship them.
