My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, in this season, with what you are carrying right now. Whether you are looking for focused short-term support or a longer, more sustained experience, each package is personalized to you and rooted in the wisdom of plants and the natural world.
Revitalize: 6-Week Wellness Transformation
The Revitalize package is a concentrated six-week experience for the woman who is ready to slow down, listen inward, and begin tending to herself with genuine care. Together, we explore what feels out of alignment and what plant-based and holistic support might look like for you specifically, in this season of your life.
Your Revitalize Experience Includes: ($375)
Initial Consultation (75 minutes): A thorough, unhurried conversation about your health history, lifestyle, and what you're hoping to shift. Together, we build a personalized plan rooted in your unique rhythms and needs.
Three Follow-Up Sessions (30-45 minutes each): These sessions are designed to nurture your progress, refine your herbal and wellness plan, and deepen your connection to the practices and plants we explore together.
Weekly Text or Email Support: I’m here to walk beside you and offer compassionate, responsive guidance as you integrate these practices into your daily life.

Thrive: 3-Month Comprehensive Wellness Experience
The Thrive package is for the woman who is ready for something more sustained. Over three months, we slow down together, go deeper, and build a genuinely personalized approach to herbal and holistic support that has time to take root in your actual life.
Your Thrive Experience Includes: ($875)
Initial Consultation (90-120 minutes): A thorough, unhurried conversation about your health history, lifestyle, and what you are ready to shift. Together, we build a comprehensive plan that reflects where you are and what you are ready to tend to.
Bi-Weekly Sessions (7 x 45 minutes): These sessions offer ongoing, personalized support. We refine your plan as you evolve, deepen your relationship with the plants and practices we explore, and address what arises along the way.
Text or Email Support: I'm here to offer responsive, nurturing guidance as you integrate these practices into your daily life, keeping you supported and connected throughout.
After completing the Thrive program, additional single sessions may be purchased at a discounted rate of $65 per session.
