Herbal Salves Made Simple: A Make & Take Workshop

Step into a cozy, creative space where you’ll learn how to craft your own plant-based salve—simple, soothing, and infused with herbal goodness, some straight from Michelle’s garden.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the art of making salves using time-honored techniques and gentle, infused oils (no essential oils here—just whole plants doing what they do best). Together, we’ll walk through the process: selecting herbs, preparing, infusing the oils, blending with beeswax, and pouring your very own salve to take home.

We’ll be working with beloved skin-loving botanicals like:
🌿 Calendula (Calendula officinalis) – known for its gentle, soothing properties
🌿 Plantain (Plantago spp.) is traditionally used to heal wounds and relieve pain.
🌿 Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – a plant with a long history of supporting minor wounds and skin healing

Salves are an excellent, natural addition to any home. Whether you’re tending to pesky mosquito bites, minor skin abrasions, dry patches, or simply want to connect with plants in a deeper way, this workshop will empower you with knowledge and a handmade product you’ll actually use.

🌼 No experience needed—just curiosity and a love of nature
🌼 All materials and supplies are provided
🌼 You’ll leave with your own finished salve and the confidence to make more
🌼 Open to ages 18 and up

Come solo or bring a friend—this is a warm, welcoming space to create, learn, and experience the magic of herbal traditions made simple.
