Nature’s Touch: A Self-Care Workshop for Body, Mind & Spirit

Sometimes the most powerful medicine begins with a pause.

Join us for an evening of herbal connection and self-care as we come together in a cozy circle to reconnect with our bodies, quiet the mind, and nourish the spirit. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be invited to slow down and savor the gentle healing power of herbs through ritual, tea, creativity, and community.

We’ll begin with a grounding plant tea and reflective ritual to help you arrive fully into the space. Then, using mineral-rich salts, nourishing oils, and a selection of lovingly chosen herbs, you'll craft your own personalized herbal body scrub—an invitation to bring nature’s healing touch into your everyday rituals at home.

Throughout the evening, we’ll explore the energetics of the plants we’re working with, and how herbal self-care can go beyond the physical to support emotional and energetic well-being. You'll leave not just with your handcrafted scrub, but with a deeper connection to your own rhythms—and the tools to honor them.

🌿 What’s Included:

  • A warm welcome tea, and a grounding ritual

  • All ingredients and supplies for crafting your custom herbal body scrub

  • Guidance on plant energetics and self-care as ritual

  • A recipe + inspiration card for continued practice at home

  • Cozy, heart-centered community space

  • A few delightful surprises (because a little magic goes a long way)

This offering is for anyone longing to reconnect, reset, and be held in a space of nourishment. Whether you’re brand new to herbs or a longtime plant friend, you are welcome here.
